Do you mean the default account which is use to login the management page?

If so, username and password is both "admin".

 

If you have tried it and it shows wrong, then it is possible that you or someone else has changed the CPE admin password before.
If you don't know, you will have to reset the CPE to factory settings.
There is a reset hole on the POE injector.
