can anyone help why my lan0 is not responding.. i switch anything on my other cpe510 but it still not responding.. what am i missed this one? pls advice me.. thanks in advance

You can check the LED light on the CPE, if you connect one PC into the LAN0 port whether the light lits up?
Try different ethernet cables, different clients to test.
