Hi, 

 

SX3008 does not turn on. There is no sys light and I'm unable to get a console connection through both RJ45 and micro usb.

Are you still able to go to BootUI? If so, try to enable backup image

  @Somnus Cant get into the menu. I've tried both RJ45 and usb console. The serial connection shows up but the terminal remains empty / unresponsive

Thank you very much for reporting this problem in the community, we need more detailed information in order to better locate and resolve the problem: 

1. Did the current problem with this switch only start after a firmware upgrade?

 

2. if it is after upgrading the firmware, do you remember from which firmware version you upgraded to which firmware version?

 

3. Do you mean that even the power light on the switch is off?
Are you using the original power cord for the power supply?


4. Can you get a console connection after trying to unplug the power cord again?

When & where (in which shop) did you purchase the TL-SX3008F?
