Why the TL-SG2210P is not in this list? What does that mean?

Despite that, at TL-SG2210P's specifications page (https://www.tp-link.com/br/business-networking/smart-switch/tl-sg2210p/#specifications) its stated that it is compatible with Omada APP through OC300, OC200, Omada Software Controller and Omada Cloud Controller (except. TL-SG2210P v4).

So I'm confused. It is or it isn't compatible with Omada App?
