Model: CPE510
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I just picked up a CPE510 to use as a repeater for my outdoor wireless. I had no real problems setting it up and everything but, is it possible to connect to it via a web portal or something while on the network?(Without a static IP and all that). I did find the 'Pharos Control Software' PDF and it does talk about it, (Manage Devices in the Same Network Segment) just not sure if that's related to this product.

I'm not all that great with setting up network stuff but, I'll try my best to explain it:

I have my fixed wireless internet go into my wireless router, inside the house. The CPE510 will be setup outside (Connected to my 5GHZ wifi) pointing to my workshop to have WiFi. The guide talks about having a switch / and multiple repeaters and that's where it lost me.lol. Not sure If I have to change settings in my router/CPE510 or just install the pharos program. No clue what to do next, even after searching. Just seeing if someone can help me it out. Thanks

  @SailorRaccoon

I don't know if Pharos CPE can do portal. I have EAP225-outdoor and it works pretty good, and I can set up Portal via omada controller very easy.

However EAP may not suitable for you. All EAP require Ethernet connection to the main network, means there will be no "repeater mode" for you.
