Model: SG2008P

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20200608 Rel.76470

Apparently I need a firwmware build version with 20210407 which must be version 1.0.1 but you can't download it from the website. The Firmware page lists 3 versions and the oldest 1.0.2 has a note about needing a version with that build number first.

Anyone have a URL to download that?

After quite a while on chat Its been escilated to an engineer.

Very frustrating when I have the solution, they just need to provide the file and I can get it fixed.
