Hello,

 

I Seeking advice for purchasing network equipment.

 

 

My need is to connect two remote sites. There is a NAS server at the main site. I have less than 20 users.
I would like the users of the second site to be able to access the NAS via VPN.
 

What do you think of this list for the main site :

 

  • Router : 1x ER605 Or 1x ER7206
  • Switch : 1x  TL-SF1006P
  • Controler : 1x OC200
  • EAP :  1x EAP115 (open space 30m2)

 

Is this material sufficient ?

Hi, I think they are OK, but note the switch TL-SF1006P is an unmanaged switch and can not be managed by OC200.

And EAP115 only supports 2.4G.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

Which switch do you recommend?

Yes, this list is sufficient for your purpose. Make sure the router and switch have the appropriate features for VPN access and number of users.
