Model: SG2210P
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 5.0.3 Build 20221019 Rel.46702

My switch lost connection to the Omada Controller, so I used the reset button to factory reset it.  Now when I access it via the factory default IP (https://192.168.0.1) the page says that the switch is managed by an Omada Controller and I need to forget it or reset it.  I have reset it, and I have forgotten it!

What do I do to properly reset it so that I can re-adopt it?

  @Virgo it was already gone.

I noticed that after resetting, the switch picked up a different address by DHCP which was not showing the error message and I was able to add it. However it was also accessible via the default address 192.168.0.1, where it had the warning message. Very confusing, but I have resolved the issue now.

  @dunxd

Hi, can you login your controller?

Go to Device list---find the switch-----click it and click config on the details window, click Forget.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

I was subsequently informed by TP-Link support that the ER605 also uses 192.168.0.1 as a default address. It appears that I was reaching this instead of the switch address due to the conflict and being connected more closely to the router which responded first.
