Model: CPE210
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

I control 8 CPE210 PHAROS. Since all my laptops have been updated (Browsers) I can't now connect to ny of them. All I get is:

This site can’t provide a secure connection

192.168.0.254 uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Hide details

Unsupported protocol

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

Is there a workaround for this. Obviously I cannot connect to it to update it. I have tried Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome, I don't have any old Browser programs I can install either. I have tried connecting through Private or Incognito on the Browsers. No joy. Thank You

Hi, here is a workaround you can give it a shot.

Open Firefox Browser, type in "about:config" in the address bar and click Next.

Type in TLS in the input box, and change "security.tls.version.min" to "1".

You need an older version of firefox that can support TLS 1.1. The version 71 of firefox works fine with TLS 1.1.
You can download that version from firefox just lookup for
download-installer /pub /firefox/ releases/71.0/
