Hello! At the moment I'm using WA5210g in client mode to catch the network from across my village. It was working fine, last summer i got like 12mbps which was fine for me and even around 20 on another network that i can use but only temporary. But now, my wa5210g takes a alot time to start actually working and the speed is no more than 4mbps on any Network. I tried to connect to my phone's hotspot and the speed was still low so i assumed that it's just the access point's oldness. I'm thinking of an upgrade. I found CPE210 for 20€, I'm curious if it'd do the job. I can't put a 5ghz AP and I can't put another AP at the transmitter router as well so the only thing i can do is upgrade my setup. The distance is around 930m. In a straight line. I have clear line of sight and Fresnel zone.

  @vvventsi05

Yes, CPE210 is a single band 2.4G device, and it can handle 100M speed, it is definitely OK.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

  @Virgo my other concern is that my AP is 12db of recieving power and the CPE210 is only 9. Do you think it'll still catch the other network?
