I need to reconfigure my CPE710 after it stopped working. I have tried the reset buttons on the POE and the CPE710, all 3 LEDs flash after 10 seconds, I let it up, and I have still have  no access. Only the power LED comes back on. I try an IP scan but I get nothing. Ant more ideas to try? Maybe this goes in the trash and I buy another brand.? Not sure what to do next.

Thanks, but I had already searched and found that page and tried all those methods but none would allow me to access my CPE710. Shouldn't there be more than 1 LED on? Should the CPE be warm to touch?

Have you contacted to support team for a replacement? Maybe it is a hardware issue.
