installed new ED purple 3T in new nvr1104h
Alerts HD not detected
nvr is online
On power up HD spins whirs and clicks a few times, then stops and restarts same procedure
correct power plug V/A
Any ideas please ?
Have you tested your HDD? Does it work with other devices? It should be plug and play, put it in and it will work with the camera.

I installed the hdd in to a new caddy and connected to my computer via USB
No initiation for connecting the new drive to macbook like normal with any thumb drive
Still waiting vigi cams to arrive guessing still should be able to see drive
