I have (10) TL-SG3428XMP switches connected to omada OC300 controller, 3 of my switches somehow on version 1.0.2 , the controller suggested to upgrade the switches to ver 1.0.13 , after attempting upgrade the switch can't be discovered by the controller any more ,hover i can ping switch ip address , 

Omada can see these switches as clients on the network not devices.

Only solution to get the switches back to omada controller is by console image recovery.

How to upgrade my switches.

Please help.
