I just got this switch and it is placed in an open rack in a book shelf in my home office, the normal operation of the fans is rather loud, even audible from an adjacent room!!!

This despite the switch not powering any PD at the moment.

Is there a way to slow down the fan? I read this post from a year ago on the community and the accepted answer there is not good enough.
