Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 5.0.4 Build 20220216 Rel. 57495

I have oc200 and 42 aps eap225 and 110 ones.

Since August 21 I have problem with one of the 110 eaps. It has been stack on adopting state (no loop). No matter what I ve done can't resolve it. I m away so I ve tried

Shutdown ether interface from switch-> no difference
Turned trunk (with the native vlan on untagged) to access mode ->no difference
Can't ping the ap on this state.

Omada firm 1.31.3 Build 20240620 Rel.80383

Should I contact building staff to powercycle it? (it isn't on POE switch).

Have you ever checked the cables that connect the EAP110? Please ensure both cables are of good quality. Or you can exchange the location of the EAP225 and EAP110 and then test if EAP110 has the same issue in the location of EAP225. Also, you can try to power cycle it.
