Firmware Version : 4.4.8 Build 130502 Rel.61441n

Hi,
My system:

Router TD-W8960N --->>>AP TL-WA5210G>>>>><<<<<-- AP TL-WA5210G Client Mode <<<<---Hub for local pc
192.168.0.1 192.168.0.254 192.168.0.253
Static Static Static
DHCP Enabled DHCP OFF DHCP Off
FW 1.1.1120912 FW 4.4.8 130502 FW 4.4.8 130502
Rel.67406 Rel.61441n Rel.61441n

Static IP assigned also from ARP router for the both AP

Problem:

Everything works fine, but after some hours (24/48 hours), I could not connect to the first AP (.254) from any device (pc connected to router .001, pc connected trough AP Client .254), but if I connect directly via WI-FI to .254 I could enter on the setup menu.
These also cause that every pc connected trough an hub connected at the AP Client mode .253, could not obtain IP address from dhcp, and if I set manually I could access internet but could not log-in on the first AP .254.
If Power off the first AP, and turn again on, all works fine but only for some hours as before.

Could you help me?
What I'm missing? Or could be an AP hardware problem?

Thanks

rule out TD-W8960N, wireless internet keeps dropping.
.

Do you mean that I have to switch off wi-fi on the router? That could be a problem because I use it in my house.
Link Distance is 200 mt outdoor, urban area. Antenna alignment 100% 34-40 dB. I have set 1 to Distance settings , because lower value make the wireless extremly slow.
Additional info: Tried to test local file transfer from PC wired to router and other PC wired to the HUB at the end (with LAN Speed Test), and is extremly slow 350 Kb/s.

Mm..that is really strange. Static IP works means at least the link is still fine. But dhcp communication fail to accomplish. And you said only the 0.254 AP is unreachable. Better to check for IP conflict first.

You can also enable Ping watchdog function on the 0.254 AP to lower impact. Let the 0.254 AP keep PINGing the 0.1 router, when ping fails several times, the AP will reboot automatically.

Set a static channel on the AP so that the client can re-connect to it quickly. (TL-WA5210 takes about 10s for reboot)
