Hello,

The switch is connected to the experiabox v8 (modem/router from provider)
The Easy Smart Configuration will try to connect the ip 192.168.2.1 but with no results.
I do not know of this is the correct ip adres but is there a possibility to change this somewhere?

Or is there another solution?
Thanks!

Hi, alfred

1. Reset the switch configuration:
With the switch powered on, press RESET button on a front panel of the switch for five seconds or above to reset the
software setting back to factory default setting.

See TP-Link TL-SG1024DE User Guide -> Front Panel Reset
http://tplink-manuals.org/tplink-tl-sg1016de-sg1024de-user-guide/9/

2. Set IP address 192.168.0.2 on your PC and connect to the switch:
* url: http://192.168.0.1/
* username: admin
* password: admin

See TP-Link TL-SG1024DE User Guide -> Login to the Switch:
