Hi folks!

Maybe this is a dumb question:
Searching for a 14p GbE PoE Switch I found the sg2424P and sg3424P.

Now i did not read the full manual, but I could not find out what makes the 2424 "smart" (and 100€ more expensive).
Can someone explain - so I can decide if this "smartness" is worth the 100€ to me?

Thanks in advance,

CDS

The 2424 is 100€ more expensive than what? 2424P or 3424P?

Hi, CDS

"Smart switches" on TP-Link means that these switches are designed for the small and medium businesses.

TL-SG2424P is more expensive than TL-SG2424 because TL-SG2424P is PoE+ supported switch.

See:
* TP-Link TL-SG2424 Datasheet
* TP-Link TL-SG2424P Datasheet
