I've just bought the TL-SG1016DE. I need to change the default IP and subnet from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.2.x/255.255.255.0.

In order to do so, I understand I have to change the IP in my PC to 192.168.0.x, then do the change in the switch, then apply & save. Finally, change the IP in my PC to 192.168.2x again.

Is this correct? Will the changes in the switch be saved correctly? Because I will loose the connection when I change the subnet.
