TL-WA7210N_V2_130320 After Reboot pring no replay until remove Ether cable for a whil

I have a problem for the device when i reboot it , it doesn't replay the ping until remove the ether link and reconnect it after a while
in case i didn't do that it never replay or connect the wireless between the other wireless device (Ap-Client)
i already upgraded to the latest device firmware
the ether link cable is connect to a 3com switch with many other pc's and switches
