TL-SG2424p PoE with Polycom 6000 Soundstation?

I have a TL-SG2424p with latest firmware and about cisco 7961 phones hooked up and working fine. I also have a Polycom 6000 phone I am trying to get working PoE but it wont come online. I have tried to plug into several different ports and have tried several settings to get it to power up.. only thing it will do is Red lights will flash every 10 seconds.
Any Ideas?
