SFP insert causes to link UP

Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 1.0.4 Build 20140430 Rel.40858

I have a switch TL-SG5412F with the last firmware version.
For ports 5-8 the insert of the SFP transceiver leads to turn the corresponding link UP (message to terminal, SNMP status is UP, WEB interface shows the port status connected and green, but no green led on the front panel).
Any suggestions?
