DNS fails after rebooting switch
DNS fails after rebooting switch
Region : UnitedStates
Model : TL-SG2452
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version :
ISP : Optimum Online
I purchased the TL-SG2452 to go from a 24 port to a 48 port switch and am not using any of the VLAN capabilities. transferring the connections went fine, however upon restarting the switch none of the users are able to access the internet. It seems DNS stops working. All computers on the domain look to the server for dns and the server is configured with forwarders using Optimum's provided dns servers. Any input on what I may be doing wrong would be greatly appreciated. I've noticed restarting the router intermittently restores the connection, but not reliably.
