Port 21 does not work

Firmware Version :

ISP :

When I plug into port 21, I do not get an IP address. When I plug in to any other port, I get an IP address. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?

Same cable and same device when testing any other port?
If so, take a photo as a proof and send it to TP-LINK to ask for replacement.
