I want to setup a number of very simple PORT BASED vlans which will share a connection to Internet

port 1 - internet connection

ports 2-15 VLAN2
ports 16-20 VLAN3
ports 20-24 VLAN4

But port based won't let a port be in more than one vlan. So how do I set up the Vlans so they can all access the port connecting to the internet?

Did you choose correct egress rule?

NO, I'm trying to simply use PORT BASED, not 802.1q and I'm using a TL-SG1024DE

This Port Baed VLAN function is simply put ports into groups. I think you need to set up tag VLAN to meet your requirements
