TL-WA7210N reboot loop after reset

Hello, I tried to reset the tl-wa7210n and now I'm not able to login or get ip address from ethernet. Lights on router(LAN and Wi-Fi signal) stay on for a little while and then they go off and it starts all over again. I guess my AP is in some boot loop.Any solution for this problem?Thank you.
