TL-SG3216 - Apply bandwidth limiting based on traffic type

I would like the ability to apply egress/ingress bandwidth limiting based on certain attributes of traffic (for example, by source/destination IP address or port). At the moment, I don't see a way to do this with the TL-SG3216. Would anyone have a suggestion?
