Firmware upgrade impossible since upgrade to 140818

Hi,
I upgraded recently the Firmware of my TL-SG3216 from 130523 to 140818 which worked fine.
Since the Serial No. on my Switch has the additional number 'Ver. 1.6' I Chose the 'V1' Firmware.
Now I wanted to upgrade to 141218 in the next step. But when I Access the Switch and go to the System Tools and then click the 'Firmware Upgrde' button the browser refreshes and I am back at the main page.
Can someone help me with this issue.
