TL-SG1005D V5.0 no internet connection for all Android devices

ISP : Tech Savvy
A brand new TL SG-1005D switch:
Cable internet modem connected to port 5,
Desktop Windows PC connected to port 1,
Belkin router connected to port 2,
IP phone adapter connected to port 3,
Windows laptop connected via WiFi through Belkin router.
Both desktop and laptop connect to internet just fine, however none of the mobile Android devices (tablet, phones) as well as IP phone adapter can connect to internet.
I have previously used old router where the TP-Link switch is installed now and everything worked fine (and still does since I had to remove the TP-Link switch).
