I am looking for a good / best outdoor antenne. It should do 150 / 150 Mbps or 300 / 300 Mbps(up & down), or even better.

Could this antenna do the job?

I'm linking you to the 5 Ghz. CPE cause your post links to a 5Ghz antenna if your needs are 2.4 Ghz them CPE210
The antennas you want are big and bulky, you need cable to connect them and no router will handle them effectively, cause routers don't have the power for those, whoever recommended that it's guiding you to a deep hole.
