Signal Strength between CPE510 & WA901ND at 5km?

Im curious with my WiFi Strength, dbi and dbm. Before im going to test, I would like to ask is it possible I can tx/rx the signals between both AP before I install them.
Here's the details:
1) I have CPE510 13dbi at Point A (5-10ft height from ground level)
2) I have TL-WA901ND v3.1 with 2.5Ghz 24dbi Yagi Antenna at Point B (5-10ft height from ground level)
3) In between the Point A & B is a rural and urban area, approx height 70-100 meters height from ground
4) approx straight-distance from A to B less than 5 km.
5) Used borrowed portable test-towers located at A & B, approx of 70-100 meters height from the ground can see each others' points slightly (same size of toothpick) at the same ground levels and heights.

is it possible? or any solution how to make the signals between A & B successfully linkable?

Of course, redesign which ever you want of the two, either redesign 510 to be a 2.4Ghz or redesign 901 to be a 5Ghz, do your pick.

i forgot that both devices are not the same freq (which 2.4ghz only connect 2.4ghz devices, 5ghz only connect 5ghz devices)..
