No problems here, just wanted to share results averaged over 1.2 years and counting. :D
Thank You for a product with reliability, features, and a RP-SMA connector !!!
I live in a remote location of a valley with a 1000 feet (304M) elevation over the city and connect to the ISP's array (80-150 AP's to select) of ZoneFlex 7781-CM at distances from 6-10 miles (9KM-16KM) away. High traffic WIFI saturation (2-4 million people) in the city below.
On-board antenna results as expected based on antenna specs:
Here is when the TL-WA7210N's RP-SMA external antenna connector kicks in with an existing 24dBi Parabolic Wire Grid Antenna from another project.
The system is running POE @ 50F (15.2M) of Cat6 and is on-line 24/7.

He wants to see if your thread is from this planet,
You posted over 1.2 years and counting, and that is not true, either you modify your 7210 or you are lieing, I didn't care when I read your thread, but now that @arisg88 posted a doubt, and @radvd bought it. I add to the poll
Don't bother posting a screen of status page, Photoshop came along years ago
Too, you posted, high traffic saturation 2.4 million people, as I posted, either you modify 7210 or not true, not on the 2.4Ghz band
Not even the PHAROS line CPE210 will do 1.2 years and counting of Uptime.

I see the confusion. My connection up-time without problems to the same AP lasts about 4-6 months. This is not the fault of the hardware, but the ISP requiring username / password validation to continue service. I connect to many different AP's based on availability and maintenance cycle of the ISP.
I am excited about the product not burning out after a year of usage and distance covered with an external 24dBi parabolic.
Over the last 5 years I have used 10 different products across different manufactures and they will either burn out after 3-6 months of use or do not have good filters for noise to cover the range needed to connect to my ISP through the external 24dBi parabolic antenna.

Thank you, for the answer
AP-Client-Router enables a VAP (virtual AP) I'm sure you are not using that function, are you?
In the new line PHAROS, they disable it, in last firmware
And to inform you, the new Pharos line BS comes with RP-SMA connectors. and you will be able to add Tp-Link sector or dish antennas
I participate in a wifi forum Ryohnosuke from South America, you can't imagen the quantities of burned Loco UBNT devices they have, 95% of foruumers there are in the WISP business

No I am not using the AP function. I have a secondary AP to supply local WIFI to the LAN.
This is used to connect to the ISP, supply DNS, supply DHCP, and supply QoS across the network.
I have a 2012 WSUS serving 20-30 units. It is nice to log in the WA7210N place a download speed limit on the server MAC address so it does not max out the bandwidth speed of the ISP connection. :)
Just dreaming here ..... it would be a nice feature to have the options to create scheduled access with time and date restrictions for MAC addresses.
Options per MAC:
- limit access and/or limit speed ~ days of the week
- limit access and/or limit speed ~ time of day

The dream can be accomplish with any Tp-Link router that supports Gargoyle firmware, just place it between 7210 and the secondary AP
