Secure Easy Smart Configuration Utility on TL-SG108E

I am about to buy a couple of TL-SG108E switches.
The switches are connected to both a secure and an insecure network.
The idea is to separate them by putting them on a separate VLAN.
The only thing I cannot get a clear answer on is this: is it possible to prevent access to the "Easy Smart Configuration Utility"-port from the insecure VLAN?
