TP Link WA5210G CPE cannot access login page after reset

I had reset the CPE but I cannot access the login page with the default ip 192.168.1.254. The Lan indicator on the cpe blinks and also have tried resetting it again. In the network option in Win7, I can find the ip showing as 192.168.88.55. even putting this on address bar, I cannot log in to the config page. Need help
