When I extend authorized client it return below message
Failed to extend the authentication record. The client already has a valid authentication record on the same portal.

To understand the issue better, please let us know the following info:
1. A screenshot of the error message page when clicking extend.
2. What kind of portal authentication did you configure? Please also share a screenshot of the config page.
3. What's the firmware version of the EAP?
In the meantime, please refresh the web page and use a different browser.
