Hello, I have WAN connection at one house with a CPE510, and on the other I have a 510 and would love to connect to router to broadcast its own signal within another house. Is this possible, and how can it be done? Thanks in advance as I am new to this P2P tech!

P2P is the 510 Connected to ISP router in AP mode, the one at the other home on Client mode, both have to be set on same channel

you like to complicate things, by your answer its understood from your ISP you have a modem plus a router plus a AP, models of the 3 devices would be great, as Im not in the guess telling business yet

According to your description, your goal is easy to be achieved with two CPE510s.
The topology is as follow:Internet---Modem---router---CPE510A(Work on the AP mode) )))(((CPE510B(Work on the AP Client Router mode)---router(Wired or wireless is OK)---device
As above, you should first connect your CPE510A to the router(With internet access) in wired connection and configure it on the AP mode. Then, put it up as high as possible outdoor.
At another house, place the other CPE at the same height that the two CPEs have a LOS clearance.
Finally, configure the CPE510B to work on AP Client Router mode and connect it to another wiless router to cover WiFi signal.
In this case, you may have to purchase a new wireless router.
