Festa F61 Access Point Ceiling Installation

Does anyone have any advice for how to cleanly install Festa Access Points on the ceiling so that the ethernet connection will not be seen once installed? The connection on the device is so far out that it makes it virtually impossible to install a RJ45 jack underneath it. I like this Festa line, but there are many things that were clearly not thought through.
