Pharos Web Management setup question

Model : CPE210
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP :
I'm having a problem setting up Pharos Web Management. I tried following the instructions:
Initial Computer Setup– For Mac OS X
Go to the Apple>System Preferences>Network> Highlight Ethernet >Configure IPv4: Using DHCP with manual address
Input the IPv4 Address: 192.168.0.10
Click Apply
My problem is I don't have an Ethernet option and when I click the "+" button to add a connection, Ethernet is not an option. The available options are Thunderbolt Bridge, Bluetooth PAN, Bluetooth DUN, Wi-Fi, VPN, PPPoE, or 6 to 4. Is there an alternate way to connect without using ethernet? I'm using a MacBook Air running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5
I tried using the Thunderbolt Bridge option since it has a IPv4 option. IPv4 configuration is set to "Using DHCP with manual address" and I entered 192.168.0.10 as the IP address. The error message says I'm "Not connected. None of the member interfaces is connected."
My cable connections are:
CPE 210 to POE using an ethernet cable
POE to Apple AirPort Time Capsule using an ethernet cable
MacBook Air is set to WiFi and I have my regular Wi-Fi signal, not the new signal I'm trying to set up.
Can anyone please tell me what my problem or problems are? Thanks

My MacBook Air doesn't have an Ethernet port so I can't plug directly into the cable coming out of the POE which is why I run the cable to the AirPort Time Capsule. I don't get an option in Settings > Network to add an Ethernet connection (DHCP with manual settings) to input 192.168.0.10 so I can get into the PHAROS panel. What is wrong with my CPE210 > POE > Time Capsule > MacBook Air configuration or are other ways to connect to 192.168.0.10? Thanks!

My daughter has a Mac like yours, I bought for her this one
http://www.manhattan-products.com/adaptateur-usb-30-superspeed-vers-gigabit-ethernet its USB 3.0
You will need it, PHAROS Control its a tool to administrate 210, not for initial set up, the login address is 192.168.0.254 log & pass admin, once you have the USB to ethernet adapter set static ip 192.168.0.10

danymarc, I'm very confused. What do you mean when you say "...the input of the ip is in Pharos Control. Client not on the Mac." I was told in this thread
What equipment is needed to receive a wifi signal in an RV that my Mac will be in client mode. Am I maybe following the wrong installation instructions and that's why I can't get into
192.168.0.10? Thank you.

I erased 2 of my posts, by your thread title I was mislead and confused, I was answered base on PHAROS Control administration software, my bad.
Please answer this question, are you able to log in, to configure 210?
If not, you need to buy the USB to ethernet adapter suggested by @winstar

Ok buy whatever USB to Ethernet you find just make sure it supports Mac drivers. the model I posted does
Once you have it, set static ip on USB to Ethernet adapter to static ip 192.168.0.10 or whatever number you like between 1 and 253 now open your browser and type 192.168.0.254 or http://192.168.0.254 after aprox 30 seconds PHAROS web interface will prompt to type log & pass its admin for both, set Test Mode on country and will open another page where you have to change password you can use same or dif.

I am still having problems trying to connect to 192.168.0.254
My setup:
USB to Ethernet adapter from MacBook Air to AirPort Time Capsule
Ethernet from AirPort Time Capsule to PoE adapter LAN port
Ethernet from CPE210 LAN0 port to PoE adapter POE port
Static IP setting: Using DHCP with manual address 192.168.0.10
I'm trying to get to 192.168.0.254 with no success. I've tried using both Firefox and Safari. I've tried with my regular WiFi turned both on and off.
With my home Wifi on, the error message is the server at 192.168.0.254 is taking too long to respond / isn't responding
With my home WiFi off, the error message is I'm not connected to the internet
I cannot get into Pharos Web Management Setup
Can you tell me what am I doing wrong please?
Thank you very much.

you started the thread on 09-09-2015 14:25 today you still can log on 11-13-2015 18:48 WOW
why do you involve AirPort Time Capsule, to log you only need MacBook, USB to Ethernet adapter and CPE

The AirPort Time Capsule is my wireless router and backup system. Before I purchased the CPE210 I was told this was an acceptable way to connect:
What equipment is needed to receive a wifi signal in an RV Is this incorrect?
Edit: I was in hospital for 6 weeks is why it has taken me so long to get this to work.
