PoE Passthrough Problem

Hello! First time posting.
I have a CPE210 and I'm trying to power a Ubiquiti Nanostation M5 Loco off of the LAN1 port. It seems to work and I can connect my client to the Nano, but the moment I try to navigate to any website, it causes the CPE210 to crash & restart, which also ends up crashing the Nano. I have PoE Passthrough enabled.
This is a significant problem. I am powering the PoE using the supplied PoE injector with the CPE210 and running it about 70 meters CAT5e.
Any ideas what is causing this or how to fix it?
