Can't access "Easy smart configuration utility"

I have a tl-sg108e switch and having some problem.
I can't access "Easy smart configuration utility". It says that "No switch exixsts in the local area network!".
Have tried to connect a TP cable in the router and also direct into the switch, with the same result.
Any tips what I can do?
My setup:
Router: Thomson TG799vn v2 >> Switch: TL-SG108 >> 2 UniFi AP-LR
