I have discovered and issue with my SG3452 v1.2 running the latest 1.20.10 firmware

When vlan interfaces are enabled on it, and used as a LAN gateway (for switch base routing), maximum throughput to the client is only around 5 mbit.  All clients are downstream of the SG3452

Settings tested:

VLAN interfaces enabled on switch (eg, 192.168.10.254 /23)

Switch interface used as vlan gateway

Gateway static route 192.168.10.0/23 > Switch interface of management vlan

Switch management interface gateway defined + no static route = 5 mbit

Switch management interface NOT defined + 0.0.0.0/0 route to gateway = 5 mbit

However, using the exact same setup further up the switch chain (EG my SG3428X which has the SFP+ to the gateway) = maximum ISP throughput to clients

Basic topology

ER8411 >>10g SFP+>> SG3428X >>4x1g Trunked LAG>> SG3452 >> Clients

Essentially, if i move the switch interfaces from the SG3428X (fw 1.30.10) to the SG3452 (fw 1.20.10), one switch further down the chain, every client, wired or wireless, only gets about 5mbit throughput.

Fully working setup from SG3428X with maximum speed to clients

Disabling all interfaces on the SG3428X, so it is only L2 forwarding, and replicating all settings EXACTLY, ensuring no IP conflicts and all static route IPs are correct and valid for the target switch, on the SG3452 results is severe lack of throughput.

Update for anyone that has this issue

Seems to be some side effect of multiple FW updates over the last year or so and never being factory reset maybe?.  I factory reset it using BootUtil and let it readopt and problem completely resolved - no config changes at all.
