I did notice that the changelogs are the same, but the 5.20 hardware revision is one firmware update behind the 5.30.

 

Do you know the possibility of the revision 5.20 getting a new firmware update to match the 5.30?

SG2428P 5.20

5.20.11 Build 20250307 Rel.72554

Version Info: Firmware for SG2428P(UN) 5.20 and 5.26.

This firmware is fully adapted to Omada Controller V5.15.8.

 

New Features:

1. Add support for OUI-Based VLAN.

2. Add support for route unknown for IGMP Snooping and MLD Snooping.

3. Add support for SNMPv3 AES encryption.

4. Add support for displaying MAC status of the address through SNMP.

 

Enhancements:

1. Optimize IGMP snooping and MLD snooping drop unknown configuration.

2. Spanning tree is now enabled by default.

3. LAG will now display total aggregated bandwidth.

4. Optimized log port description.
