I would connect the two buildings with a distance of 5 km, plans to use cpe510, whether there has ever tried cpe510 to 5km distance? How is the result ?

Number of Megas you want to link, it would be a apartment, office, in case of offices how many Clients (users) will be connected, as you can read the answer varies depending on the use

The recommended distance of CPE510 is 15km+, so I think 5km is just a piece of cake.
However, distance is just a factor of wireless performance. The quality of communication depends a lot such as Clients number, interference etc.
So you have better describe more detailed information for others to help you.

I just want to know the real distance ptp cpe510 with LOS conditions,
previously I've tried a distance of 2 km with good results, and now want to try a distance of 5km

I recommend you to put the CPE in a reflector antenna like DirecTV or the classics Motorola Canopy... the 65° of beam on the CPE is not good to long distances... with a reflector this beam is around 6° and the signal and quality should be much better!

on #3 you where answered, I can add, I link 10 megas on 1 Km. and a friend links 7.2 kms with 3 megas
