Channel Band C missing

Channel Band C missing

Channel Band C missing
Channel Band C missing
Thursday - last edited Friday
Model: EAP772
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.14

On all my eap772 V1.0 (fw: 1.0.14) access points I can't seem to select any band c channel   149, 153, 157, 161...
I have an eap772 V2.0 (fw:1.2.0) that will let me select it .  That seems to have an AU firmware.

The v1.0 devices have an EU firmware .  All devices were purchased in Australia, so where can I download the appropriate AU firmware for the v1.0 devices?  I assume that is what the issue is?

Cheers, Marty

Hi  @ArtyMarty

We can't update the AU version for an EU hardware directly.

When did you purchase this EAP V1? If it isn't too long, you can contact your retailer to replace the V1 unit with the correct version. This will be much faster.

Re:Channel Band C missing
Sunday

@Vincent-TP So is this something covered by warranty?

I have 4  units purchased on 7-8-2024

I have 1  units purchased on 29-6-2025
I have 2  units purchased on 30-6-2025     One of these was a v1 one was the v2

Just to clarify, I need them all to support the AU firmware so that they use the legal bands in Australia

Cheers

Hi  @ArtyMarty

We are not very clear about the warranty policy details in various regions, it is recommended to contact local support for confirmation.
