I, we have a brand new TL-WA5210G outdoor acces point.

When we connect the power injector, the Power led lit but no way to have network connected (lan led off on unit and switch...)

Also, nothing happen when we reset

If you connect the LAN port of injector to your PC correctly, LAN LED should be on.
I guess maybe the cable is broken. Try again using another CAT5 cable.

No the lan led never lit, we try 6 different CAT5E patch cord (tested with another equipment) may be defective unit

There maybe two possible trouble:
1. The LAN port of injector is broken. Since you can power the device, the LAN(PoE) port of TL-WA5210G is fine. Problem may lies in the injector.
2. Maybe the LAN light is broken. You can reset the devices to see if all the LEDs flash.

We have tried an injector that working with another access point... Nothing happen when reset...

You have to keep pressing the button for about 10 seconds to reset the device. If you have done that and all the LEDs are still off, I think maybe the unit is broken. Call your saleman.

took out my old TL-WA5210G . found same issue

So I have TL-WA5210G with original firmware since I bought the product 3 years ago.
So the router was kept unused for 1 year and now When I took it out this same symptoms are appearing.

POWER LED comes up when I connec POE cable.
LAN LED is not blinking when I connect LAN cable.

No LED blink when reset button pushed.

OP did you found any solution ??
