please how to block users on my CPE210 from accessing the network .?

What's the operation mode of the CPE? Access Point mode or Client mode or what else?
Do you only want to allow pure internal communication between CPE users, without permitting access to the external network? If I understand correctly, the simplest way is not to connect the CPE to the internet. If I misunderstood, please explain your usage scenario and requirements in as much detail as possible.
