This forum is of help in English ... you must translate your query to English and post it later so that other people can help you ...
I speak Spanish, but I post correctly in English as indicated by the policies of the forum, which I suppose you read before registering ...
Based on what you expose ... the only denial of service through the MAC address is by Wireless MAC Filtering, in the section Wireless ... and is to deny or allow the connection to the computer ...
On the other hand what I understand (and I mean only I understand) you want it connected but without internet access ... ????
If so, you can do it too but supporting you in the other configuration tools ...
First you must change the working mode from AP to AP Router ...
Then make an IP & MAC Binding to ensure that the MAC address of the device to deny the service, will always be assigned the same IP ...
Then in ACCESS CONTROL, establish the policy of denial of service, specifying to which IP you will be denied, the days of the week and the time when you will not have service ...
Regards...
