If you are sure it is 108E not 108, you can access the switch through the Easy Smart Utility. You can download the utility from they official website but take in mind the utility can only support windows.

Although the FAQ for finding the right device claims that easy smart switches like TL-SG108E would support LAG, I couldn't find any information about it in the User's Guide for the version 2 model. Only version 2 will have a web UI according to the answer from customer support, but AFAIK it is not yet on the market.
Maybe that the switch will provide LAG if v2 will be released - this can authoritatively answer only TP-Link.
Either TP-Link's feature comparison page and FAQ above is probably wrong regarding the LAG feature of TL-SG108E/TL-SG105E switches (select "LAG" in the filter to see which switches should support it) or the User's Guide for the version 2 model isn't complete regarding LAG settings - I'm not sure.
And yes, that's IMHO really a problem that there is so much confusion about firmware features for different versions of a product, not only with the TL-SG108E/TL-SG105E, but also for example with the repeaters TL-WR850 v1 (with WDS), v1.1 (with WDS) and v2 (without WDS), although I very much appreciate that at least a version of TL-SG108 with a web UI will be coming soon for all those of us who don't use Windows. ;-) It's actually a nice switch for smaller networks and many of my company's customers would surely benefit from this product, even w/o LAG.
