EAP772-Outdoor(US) v1.0
Hi all,
Ive had a EAP772-outdoor running great for about 3 weeks now. All of a sudden we noticed some slowdowns and I went to check on Omada Controller and noticed there was no 6Ghz being displayed. I check my wifi scqanner and there are no 6ghz networks. I check my settingon the radio in Omada Controller and it is set to be on, so I cycled it off and on and still nothing.
Any ideas?

@LinkFanatic Settingmy own channel for 6ghz radio seems to have solved it not showing up. It had chosen channel 33 on its own, which I guess isnt standard.

Hi @LinkFanatic
Thanks for posting here.
We don't have version 1.0.7. Could you please double-check the firmware version of the EAP772-outdoor? It would be better to share a screenshot with us.
When you are trying to configure the 6GHz channel, will channel 33 be available and selectable? If so, please also share a screenshot with us.

Do you have time to share with the info I asked? We are very concerned about it. Thank you in advance.

Hey, sorry, yes it was firmware version 1.0.7 , which I know is nowhere on the website posted, I actually just updated firmware yesterday before I saw your reply and I can no longer screeshot what it was. In fact when updating the firmware I was worried I wasnt downloading from correct hardware link becuase I saw no firmware numbered like what I had installed on the unit when I recieved it.
Im having more issues now, where the whole AP resets itself every so often, and the 6ghz network is rarely turned on. But I have not seen it go to channel 33 since that first time I saw it.
Thats the reaosn I tried ot update firmware, but the firmware update did not help. Sorry I updated before seeing your respnse, if you have any other questions I can answer them.
Also, this was all on default settings, I had not messed with any settings on the AP before I saw the channel 33 on 6ghz. Channel 33 was not visible in any settings, and not selectable. It had seleted it on its own. I dont know enough about wifi to know if thats normal or not.

Hi @LinkFanatic
Thanks for the reply.
Which version are you using now?

>>>
1. How often will it reboot?
2. When it restart, what's the LED status?
3. How did you power on the EAP?

>>>How did you notice it was using channel 33? from your mobile phone or somewhere else?
