Cannot stream Trendnet Camera video through TL-SG1008P

Wonder If anyone can help with this problem.
Have set up the TL-SG1008P with no problem. Links my smart TV, DVD, laptop to my router no problem.
I have attached a Trendnet TV-IP310PI camera to one of the POE ports.
The camera receives power and LEDs light so no problem with the POE link to the camera but I do not seem to be getting any video data streaming through the TP link switch.
Camera is definitely working as I can bypass the switch link and receive the video data by both Wi-Fi and direct cable link to the router.
The camera is set up to transmit H-264 video but cannot see why the TP link switch is not streaming it through.
Any suggestions appreciated as running out of ideas.
